Q: Do you require money up front to get started?

A: No

Q: Do you guarantee materials & labor?

A: Yes. I offer a one year warranty on all of our quality craftsmanship. Extended warranties on materials may be available according to the manufacturer.


Q: How do I pay for services?
A: You can pay by check, or cash.

 

Q: Do you work weekends and evenings?

A: Usually I work regular work weeks and take weekends off, but if a situation calls for it I have no problem working weekends. If needed I can schedule days off during the week to work weekends.

 

Q: Can we trust you in our home?

A: This question doesn’t come up very often but I know people have to wonder. I know that trust is a major factor when you have someone coming into your home or business. Rest assured that I have been doing this for a very long time, have been in hundreds of homes without one incidence. To further ease your mind without fear of insulting me (very hard to do BTW), feel free to do an online background check and/or set up hidden nanny cams. I won’t look for nanny cams (you will know if I do, ha ha) and for the background check my full name is Garland Ben Foscue IV and DOB - 03/08/1967. I will never know if you did either. As far as any employees I may have, I always tell them politely “Now don’t go looking for snacks or treats or anything, they may have nanny cams, bring your own”. If I do not know them well, I do background checks before allowing inside homes. (I use Alfred Cameras for hidden cams, you use old cell phones and it is free - https://alfred.camera ) 

 

Q:How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
A:We will always schedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity, depending on my availability and your schedule. It is mostly a first come (call)  first serve basis, exceptions being emergencies or utmost importance.
